Prenatal
Find ease in your changing body, make space for your growing baby, and connect with your innate strength and wisdom as you prepare to give birth. In this 75-minute class we will explore breath, movement, and mindfulness tools to get spacious and stay grounded through this unique season of life. No previous yoga experience necessary. Safe for any stage of pregnancy.
Mom+Baby
(Re)connect with your body, breath, and a nurturing community during this postpartum season of your life. We gather each week of the series for a 60 minute gentle class that meets you and your baby as you are. Babies wakeful, sleeping, feeding, in carriers, crying… all welcome here. Seriously! As we adapt the practice for the ever evolving needs of the babies in the room, we will stay present in our bodies, move and breathe to unwind tension, restore balance, and gently awaken your strength. No previous yoga experience necessary.
