Discover how your magic, ever-changing pregnant body can be supported to move with comfort and pleasure. Join Nat in this relaxed, hands-on workshop to learn core principles and practical tools to turn any class into a DIY prenatal yoga practice!
You’ll develop understanding of the major body changes through pregnancy and how those might affect your yoga practice; break down simple yet supportive mods for your favourite poses and flows; clear do’s and don’ts; and how to use props like a pro. The goal is to leave this workshop feeling empowered and playful, not restricted and worried.
Perfect for pregnant students, teachers, or anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of prenatal yoga. Safe for any trimester.

Nat shows up with authenticity, depth, curiosity, and play - her classes provide a welcoming invitation to connect with these qualities in yourself. She is especially passionate about sharing yoga as a tool to birth powerfully and parent consciously through her prenatal and mom+baby class offerings. Off the mat, Nat spends her time raising two young daughters, working with Wildflower Birth Collective as a doula and educator, and whenever possible finding ways to be in nature.
